Neue Butterfliegenperle...... wurde Zeit, denn mein Bestand an ebensolchen hat sich ganz schön dezimiert ;0)

Exhumed

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

In den turbulenten, letzten Tage kam ich kaum zum Perlen. Das Wenige, das ich dann doch noch anging kann / darf ich leider noch nicht zeigen - es sind Perlen für eine Robinsonade.

Ungewohnt für mich, nichts Neues für Euch hier parat zu haben - so ganz wollte ich das jetzt nicht so lange anstehen lassen. Also ging ich mal kramen in meinem Bilderschatzkästchen, und habe ein Perlchen gefunden, das ich vor einigen Monaten für einen Swap gemacht hatte.

Hello, my dears!

After some turbulent last days, I hardly found time to make new beads I can show you here. Only a few of them got ready, but they will be for a robinsonade.

Unusual for me, not beeing able to show you some new stuff, so I decided to fish some old pictures from my treasure photo box. Here's a bead, I've made some month ago for a bead exchange.

After a stressful day of work with prospect of a no less exhausting evening (both of my girlies will have an English test in a few days) I really needed a bit of cheering-up...

What should I say: forgot all about when I arrived home - the wonderful bead soup package from Elaine was waiting for me there :0))

With so many delicious pieces - I'm totally overwhelmed!
Take a look at all these wonderful goodies, I've got:

It arrived in elegant brown boxes, with a charming card
(painted by a friend of her).
It shows an area near to Elaines home.

And here are some detailed photos:

 

 

Some amethyst stones, a beautiful brass clasp as well as some brass findings, a strand of  fluorite rondelles and one of round green jasper beads.

 

A lot of lovely clay flowers in natural beige, purple, lilac, brown and pink, some green/brown leafs, and one charming and tiny butterfly in purple
(- oh no: forgot to zoom it in the photo, can you see it?)

 

And an adorable, near-natural clay flower focal
(with two matching smaller ones),
as well as a cute little clay birdie, I immediately fell in love with.

 

A lot of ideas what to do with already going round my head ...

.... also nicht im Sinne von "gut gemacht" - eher im Sinne von: nicht mehr medium.

Richtig durchgegart habe ich diese Perle, kein Farbschimmer mehr vom Raku zu sehen ....... und nein, so war das nicht gewünscht ;0)

Aber: ganz so farblos, wie sie hier am Foto rüberkommt ist sie dann doch nicht.
Ich erspare Euch dafür das Foto der 2. Seite!

Morgen gibt's dann wieder etwas Erfrischerendes!

... no, I did'nt mean it's done well - I mean it more in the sense of "no longer medium" ;0)

The bead was cooked very well, no shimmer of color in the Raku anymore.... and believe me, it wasn't planned that way ;0)

But: it isn't as bad as it looks at the photo. I spare you the bad picture of the other side of the bead!
